"Water, Fire, Earth, Air"
While these Avatar pieces were created with one special friend in mind [*AliWildgoose who I endlessly admire for being utterly/undauntedly herself] it is dedicated in a greater part to its fandom. Not the ones you're thinking of, no. Not the artists, writers, canon whores, demented yet dedicated shippers or the newbies who endlessly amuse me with their enthusiasm from having just acquired the DVDs. No, this is dedicated to the hordes of bewildered Mom & Dads I came across throughout last year, dragged nervously down endless valleys of Otaku. This is for those optimistic and brave few whom, when they tried to acclimate and encourage their child interests, they avidly spoke with artists and fans. And when asked if they're into anime they always answer, "I think I'm starting to, I really like that Anime, Avatar!" This is dedicated to them, those who make me grin and nod without restraint because without them, who would millions of youngins [AKA Life's Blood to any fandom] have scammed the first season off of.
